Chris Broderick, CEO
Chris Broderick joined Group Logic as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in March of 2010. He is responsible for leading the company's strategic growth, and operational initiatives to ensure Group Logic delivers competitive, high value software solutions for its customers and its partners. As a software industry veteran, Broderick brings over fifteen years of executive leadership in the areas of IT security, identity, storage, and infrastructure management to Group Logic.
Broderick was formerly CEO of CoreStreet, a firm specializing in converged security software, which was acquired by ActivIdentity in December of 2009. Prior to joining CoreStreet, Broderick acted as Senior Vice President and General Manager of CA's (NYSE: CA) $500 million storage management business unit. Broderick also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for CA's North American Consulting Business, a $125M unit.
Mr. Broderick holds a B.S. in both Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Maryland, and did his graduate work in Electrical Engineering at George Mason University.

T. Reid Lewis, President
As Group Logic’s President, Mr. Lewis is deeply involved with the strategic direction and growth of the company’s product lines, and in ensuring the success of customers who use MassTransit and ExtremeZ-IP. Mr. Lewis also is active on online discussion lists and forums related to Group Logic’s products, customers’ successes and related technologies.
Prior to co-founding Group Logic, Mr. Lewis managed a software consulting business, Advanced Micro Research Associates, Inc. (AMRA), which developed software applications tailored to meet its clients' specific needs and specialized in networked database systems. The firm’s clients included US Sprint, MCI, American Management Systems, Coopers & Lybrand, McGraw-Hill and the Reserve Management Company.

David K. Stokely, Chief Financial Officer
As Group Logic's CFO, Mr. Stokely is responsible for all administrative, financial, and IT areas of the company.
Prior to co-founding Group Logic, Mr. Stokely owned and operated Stokely Consulting Co., providing custom software design and development services for accounting applications.
Mr. Stokely has a B.A. in economics from Duke University.

Derick Naef, Chief Technology Officer
Derick Naef is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for Group Logic. In this role he is responsible for the product vision and technology innovation efforts of the company, as well as managing product development. Derick has over 20 years of experience leading teams building commercial software solutions targeted across a wide range of industries and platforms.
Previously, Derick served as the Chief Operating Officer at Group Logic for 6 years, where he helped lead Group Logic to record growth and recognition as a trusted provider of solutions for integrating the Mac into the Enterprise and moving mission critical data around the Enterprise.
Mr. Naef received a B.A. in political science with honors from Duke University.

Andrew M. Lewis III, Senior Vice President, Business Development
As Group Logic's Senior Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Lewis oversees Group Logic's strategic partnership and technology licensing efforts. An expert with more than ten years of experience in enterprise file transfer workflows, he has helped hundreds of organizations gain strategic benefit by deploying enterprise file transfer solutions across a range of industries including printing, publishing, packaging, media and enterprise. Mr. Lewis led the effort to establish MassTransit as an industry standard in the printing and publishing industries. He has more than fifteen years of experience in sales, business development, product management and product marketing.
Prior to co-founding Group Logic, Mr. Lewis developed computer-aided manufacturing software for Hewlett-Packard manufacturing sites worldwide. In the late 1980s, he also developed software at Princeton University's Robotics and Expert Systems Laboratory.
Mr. Lewis earned a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with honors from Princeton University in 1986.

Dustin McNabb, Vice-President of Marketing
As the Vice-President of Marketing for Group Logic, Dustin McNabb is responsible for worldwide marketing strategies and initiatives. As such, he and his team manage all aspects of product marketing, press and analyst relations, branding and marketing communications for the company's desktop client integration and data transfer solutions.
Prior to joining Group Logic, McNabb held executive management positions in Marketing, Development, and Professional Services for such leading companies as IBM, Fujitsu, Computer Associates, Merant, and netForensics. In his most recent position as Vice-President of Marketing for Managed Objects, McNabb leveraged effective positioning, messaging, and branding combined with focused leads-generation, PR, and analyst campaigns to grow and transition Managed Objects from an $8M early-adopter to a $25M market leader and Novell acquisition target.
Mr. McNabb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
