[x35] * ENHANCEMENT: MassTransit web client installer automatically optimizes TCP/IP performance [#10813] [Mac] The MassTransit 4.5.1 web client installer now will automatically install and execute performance optimizations for TCP/IP to improve transfer performance [x02] * ENHANCEMENT: File corruption checking (CRC) is automatically enabled [#10804] [Mac/Win] MassTransit 4.5.1 reports errors and rejects received file if the CRC for the local and remote users do not match. [x02] * BUG FIX: Failure of large transfers via TCP/IP secure [#10816] [Mac] MassTransit 4.5.1 now will successfully transfer large files via TCP/IP secure without hanging and reporting the error "TCP/IP Secure reports: Error reading data from SSL connection." [x03] * BUG FIX: MassTransit web client installers overwrite existing plugins [#11745] [Mac] MassTransit 4.5.1 web client installers will now overwrite existing MassTransit plugins, even if the existing plugins are a newer version than the plugin being installed. This ensures proper compatibility between the MassTransit assistant and plugin for all installs. BUG FIX: Stalling of TCP/IP transfers with Assistant [Mac] MassTransit 4.2.1 corrects a rare problem where TCP/IP and TCP/IP Secure transfers could stall on connections under severe flow control. [#10184] =========================================================== CHANGES IN MASSTRANSIT WEB CLIENT 4.2 1. ENHANCEMENT: Support for running on Mac OS X 10.3 [#9956] Improved support for using the Assistant on Mac OS 10.3.x. Earlier versions are not fully supported and may encounter problems when launching. 2. ENHANCEMENT: Updated the User Interface to follow OS X standards The Web Client and Assistant now have an user interface more consistent with current oS X standards. =========================================================== CHANGES IN MASSTRANSIT WEB CLIENT 4.1.4 1. ENHANCEMENT: Macintosh Web Client installer plug-in folder selection [#9056] The installer for the Macintosh version of Web Client will now automatically install the web plug-in in one central location that is referenced by Internet Explorer instead of prompting the user to select the proper Plug-ins directory. Netscape users must still select the individual Netscape Plug-ins directory. [x20] 2. BUG FIX: Macintosh Web Client installer improvements [#9838] The installer for the Macintosh version of Web Client will now properly remove old version of the web plug-in and Assistant. It allows a user to maintain installations for both OS 9 and OS X. [x20] =========================================================== CHANGES IN MASSTRANSIT WEB CLIENT 4.1.3 1. ENHANCEMENT: Mac OS X Native support in Web Client. The MassTransit web client can now run native on OS X. For best performance, see MassTransit Technote #14: Tuning TCP/IP Performance for MassTransit.
