The Solution An Imagexpo softproof acts just like a hardcopy proof, except it's a digital file - a static bitmap of the original - which can be sent over ISDN, the Internet, or other links, and reviewed on a Mac or PC screen. By replacing hardcopy proofs with Imagexpo softproofs, you can deliver proofs and get comments back in minutes, reduce costs, and speed up the review and approval process.

Create and Circulate Softproofs Imagexpo lets you create softproofs from all common graphic arts formats, and circulate them for sequential review and markup much like you would with hardcopy proofs.

For One-At-A-Time Markup Using text and drawing tools, each person views and annotates the softproof on screen - reviewing for content only, or for color using ColorSync with a calibrated monitor. Annotations can be made in different, password-protected layers with unique names to help track review cycles.

And Interactive Conferencing Imagexpo also lets two or more people interactively share softproofs between Macs and PCs while talking on the phone. Just like a face-to-face meeting over a proof, you both see the same document at the same time, and annotations are visible instantly on the other person's screen.
